COOKIES · AIRCO HOLLAND B.V.
Cookie policy: no cookies, not from anyone else either.
We measure how the site is used ourselves, without cookies. Fris remembers your chat and our measurement remembers a number for your visit, both only while your tab is open.
What a cookie is
A cookie is a small file a website puts on your phone, tablet or computer, so it can remember something or recognise you next time. There are other ways to store or read things on your device too. The law treats them the same.
What this site does
This site sets no cookies, and no other companies set any here either. Fonts, photos and everything else come from our own server.
We do measure how the site is used, with our own measurement, without cookies and without other companies. You can read how that works below.
Our own server fetches the prices and our Google rating from our customer system. Your browser doesn't need to store anything for that.
What Fris remembers
Fris, our assistant, keeps something in your browser, and only while your tab is open. It doesn't use a cookie for this, but that tab's own storage (sessionStorage).
It remembers your chat, so it carries on when you go to another page. And it remembers that it has already popped up next to its button, so it only does that once.
What happens to your chat is in our privacy statement.
What our measurement remembers
For the measurement, your browser puts a random number in your tab's storage (sessionStorage). It's gone as soon as you close the tab. The number lets us see the pages of one visit together. We don't store your IP address or the characteristics of your browser or device with it.
The law allows this without us asking you, because it only serves to improve the site and has little impact on your privacy. What exactly we see and how long we keep it is in the privacy statement.
Opting out of measurement
Don't want us to measure your visit? Turn on Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track in your browser. Or click below: then we won't measure anything more while this tab is open. What we had already measured before your click isn't deleted straight away, but only at the end of the periods in the privacy statement.

What else we do with personal details is in our privacy statement. The Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) explains the rules on cookies.

A small file a website puts on your phone, tablet or computer, so it can remember something or recognise you next time.
Does the site measure what I do?
Yes, but only on this site and without cookies. We see which pages you looked at and what you did, not who you are. If you leave your details, Rein also sees, with your request, which pages you looked at.
Does the site set a cookie when I look at the prices?
No. Our own server fetches the prices from our customer system and puts them in the page. Your browser doesn't need to store anything for that.
Does my browser fetch fonts or photos from Google?
No. Fonts, photos and everything else come from our own server.
Will the site work if I block cookies?
Yes. You can delete or block cookies in your browser, and the site will still work.
